What do YOU do at the gym?
I change it up, but tonight I did the eliptical for 30 min, jogged 2 laps around the indoor track, walked 2 more after eliptical to cool down), tummy crunches (50 crunches), side tummy crunches (30 each side), leg lifts, stretching, and about 15 minutes of weights (usually I do more time with the weights) I do 3 reps of 10 on all weight machines.

Good for you!! I do the elliptical for an hour and weights for an hour. If you get overwhelmed, just focus on one new thing each time you go. I was very overwhelmed at first, but I would ask the trainer for help with one thing and add that into my routine. It helped me get past the jitters.

I work out with a trainer 2x a week. We do boxing, ropes, arm and leg weight training with machines and free weights. We're also working on strengthening the muscles around my knee because I have an injury.
Since I can't do things that impact or put a lot of stress on the knee joint, I do the stationary bike for 30 minutes. I've also started to impliment the elliptical. if I don't do the bike, I can do the elliptical for 30 minutes. My goal is to do the bike for 30 and the elliptical for another 30.

Here's what I do (mornings are at home, afternoons are at the gym)
Morning workout (3-4x a week but varies)
kettebell DVD
10 min Ab blast DVD
Doing both DVDs is about 45 min total...so I get up at 4:-30-5AM and do them (depending on my schedule) so that I'm showered and out the door by 6:45 to be to work by 7-7:30AM.
Afternoon workout (Mon-Thurs, Sat)
Zumba 3x a week
Water aerobics 2x a week
I walk for 30 minutes as a warm up before zumba and water aerobics
In the AM I workout out to DVDs in my living room, in the afternoon I go to the gym afterwork. I find that working out in the morning gets my day started, and working out in the afternoon helps me unwind.

I just started last week, so I'm only at about a half hour a day. I get bored on machines, so I mix it up. I do 10 minutes on treadmill, 10 minutes on recumbent bike, 5 minutes on elliptical or stair climber and 5 minutes on row machine.
I'm going to start classes, just nervous....not coordinated.
I will start weight training soon too, just want to ease into feeling comfortable at the gym.
