Stuck

I think I'm in a stall. I haven't seen much movement in the past couple of weeks weight loss wise, which kind of bums me out because I was so hoping to be in triple digits by now. My 6 month follow up is next Friday and...well...I just hoping to be there.

It's really obvious I'm loosing inches. I've posted about clearing out the closet and dresser, picking up some new items at the store out of desperation, sliding to clasp #2 on the bra strap, my stupid seat in my Jeep having to be moved all the time (AND the mirrors!). I'm pleased with where things have progressed so far. 

All my peoople (nutritionist, doctor, friend who works in doctor's lab, trainer) continually point out I'm not your "typical" woman on the weight/height chart. I have a wider build, and I'm freaking tall. My NUT said I'll burn calories differently, lose weight differently, blah blah blah.

But really, I wanted to be in triple digits by now.

EAT MORE PROTIEN AND DRINK YOUR WATER  a stalh is a stalh just be patient your body thinks it is starving so it is holding on to the digits. it has to adjust to the new and improved you!
