I went to the Dr last week and found out that I have tendonitis in my wrist.  The Dr was about to prescribe me motrin until I told him i was not able to take NAISDs, so he gave me tylenol.  This weekend my wrist has realy been bothering me and I realized that the tylenol does nothing for inflamaton.  I made another appointment but can't be seen until the 18th.  Does anyone know of something that we can take for inflamation.  I don't think I'm gonna last two more weeks with this psin.  The tylenol isn't helping at all.  Help!!!!

I don't have any suggestions for medication, but ice and rest and a compression guard have helped me with tendonitis. Also, my Surgeon's office always says to call them and they will recommend a replacement drug if a NSAID is prescribed. So you could try that. Good luck!

Either just narcotic pain meds (tramadol is a milder, non-opioid one) or steroids as Kelly said.  Once you eliminate NSAIDS, that is all there is.
