I am currently a graduate student. I am earning my masters in public health and also a medical student.  After this experience I am looking into specializing in bariatric surgery once I am done.

I'm a case worker for adults with intellectual and development disabilities. I try my best to make sure these individuals have a good life. Love the people I work with HATE the paperwork!

Those kinds of jobs always have lots of paperwork and I think everyone hates it.  I think most people go into that line of work because they want to help people and they like interacting with people, not because they like doing paperwork (much of which seems pointless and stupid anyway).

Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR.  If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor.  Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me.  If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her.    Check out my blog.

I am an Area Manager of a construction company that does mostly residential work related to soils moving/sewer plumbing issues, which are prevalent in my corner of the USA. I've been here 12 years. My job involves a little of everything. I've been a Personnel Director here, an Office Manager, and an Accounting Manager, which is where I started off. I do alot of PR stuff now, some light traveling (day trips), customer service (I am the buck stops here person) and OSHA compliance type stuff.

I also have three kids - 8, 12, and 16 - married for 18 years, and teach karate part time in the evenings.

I'm a Physicians Assistant, I work in an Neonatal ICU. My main unit is small, only 8 beds, and I moonlight down the road at the ginormous teaching hospital attending high risk deliveries.
