Lisa...which base are you near...Fort Meade?  If so I live not too far from there!

Today is my last day at my current job...I got a promotion (go me!) so I'm changing offices and won't see the staff here too much so we're going out to lunch.  I also finally figured out how to make my own version of the hot protein coffee w/o using click and it came out really well so I think that's going to be a staple in my morning routine in place of breakfast.

B: Hot protein coffee
L: Eggplant pad ped (basiclly thai eggplant, peppers, basil, onion in a spicy curry sauce)
D: Protein shake or the rest of the eggplant pad ped (depends on how I feel)
S/D: I think I'm going to try a desert protein shake...not sure which one I want to try just ywt though

 I have two suggestions:

#1 - go on Eggface's site and look up her Pistachio Banana shake. May sound strange but it is SO GOOD!

OR

#2 - Look on BF for my triple chocolate shake. That thing...woo! I have to fan myself just thinking about it!

 Congratulations on your promotion...just answered your message.  Try Nik's butterfinger protein shake...it is incredible and tastes just like butterfingers.
