What are you eating/doing today? Friday!
For my part I have no idea what I'm eating. I am at the home of our very own Cheryl K who is, at this very moment, delivering her family to their respective locations for the day. Then I have to shop for the Pittsburgh Holiday Food Tasting and cook!
When I cook I do not eat much.
I will probably have some eggs for breakfast, though. Haven't had any in a while (probably since the last time I was here) and I miss them.
I'll report back as the day progresses.

B - Rye toast w/bacon and tomato slice
S - LF String Cheese
L - Tuna w/more tomato (I am craving tomatoes lately so I am going to go with the craving).
D - I will be low on protein so maybe some chicken
S - Greek yogurt
A click somewhere in the day and lots of water.

My weight hit a new low this week, which probably isn't a good thing. I'm now exactly 1/2 of my initial consult wieght though - 117lbs - so, um, wow.
Travelling foods:
2 power crunch bars
2 string cheeses
LOTS of coffee
Maybe I'll treat myself to a bag of pretzels or something on the drive.

My husband left to go hunting for a few days, so its just me and the son
I have no idea what I'm going to eat, since I'm not planning to cook dinner for him, I'm on my own
I had 1 egg with 1 slice of cheese melted on top for Breakfast
clueless about the rest of the day, maybe some greek yogurt at some point when I get hungry, trying to get my protein in without having to resort to the shakes
I have thin steaks thawed and was gonna cook them later before they go bad, I haven't tried steak yet, and since I'm only 2 months out I don't think that will be on the menu
I have some frozen Swai fish filets, so maybe I'll pull one out and have that for myself, otherwise, its a mindless no idea what I'm doing for food day

We just moved near a base near Baltimore and I am stuck in a hotel for the next month until we close on a house. I start working on Monday though! Yeah....I am so ready to go back to work. We share a car and my husband needs it for his job and inprocessing this week so I have been pretty bored. Lots of wildlife for being in a busy city. I have seen several deer, badgers and black buzzards on base last Sunday.
Plan on going downstairs to work out. I had fogotten to pack workout clothes so I had to pick some up...good thing a mall is in the parking lot of the hotel.
Planned eats today:
Click protein shake mixed with sugar free caramel, milk, and extra espresso
banana
turkey and sliced cheese
dinner I have no idea....whatever my husband wants to go out for
We must go out this weekend and explore since I will go nuts if we stay in the hotel.
