What are you eating/doing today? Friday!

I went back a few pages and didn't see the thread. Sorry if it's a duplicate!

For my part I have no idea what I'm eating. I am at the home of our very own Cheryl K who is, at this very moment, delivering her family to their respective locations for the day. Then I have to shop for the Pittsburgh Holiday Food Tasting and cook!

When I cook I do not eat much.

I will probably have some eggs for breakfast, though. Haven't had any in a while (probably since the last time I was here) and I miss them.

I'll report back as the day progresses.

Good Morning! TGIF! Long, long week. I am looking forward to having some time off to get some serious cleaning done at home!
Food for the day -
B - Rye toast w/bacon and tomato slice
S - LF String Cheese
L - Tuna w/more tomato (I am craving tomatoes lately so I am going to go with the craving).
D - I will be low on protein so maybe some chicken
S - Greek yogurt
A click somewhere in the day and lots of water.

Good morning! We got back from our two week trip to Texas on Saturday, but I'm just now finally starting to settle back in. I've been on a cleaning frenzy. It is amazing what happens to a house when you leave a husband alone, and hes only home on the weekends. lol I managed to escape Texas without gaining any weight, but didn't lose any either. I'll accept that though, especially since I had more than my fair share of carbs.

I'm slowly trying to get back to the daily grind of getting in my water and protein.

Coffee
Egg and sausage
beef stew (leftovers)
nuts and turkey peperoni
chicken and dumplings (made with low carb tortillas)
protein cake

Lots of water!

Incredibly busy week for me -- my daughter had her DS on Tuesday!  I'll be leaving to pick her up in a few minutes and she'll be staying with me to recuperate for a while.  It's a 4 hour drive to the hospital so 8 hours in the car on Tuesday & now today.... I'm beat. 

My weight hit a new low this week, which probably isn't a good thing.  I'm now exactly 1/2 of my initial consult wieght though - 117lbs - so, um, wow. 

Travelling foods:

2 power crunch bars
2 string cheeses
LOTS of coffee

Maybe I'll treat myself to a bag of pretzels or something on the drive.

My husband left to  go hunting for a few days, so its just me and the son

 

I have no idea what I'm going to eat, since I'm not planning to cook dinner for him, I'm on my own

I had 1 egg with 1 slice of cheese melted on top for Breakfast

 

clueless about the rest of the day, maybe some greek yogurt at some point when I get hungry, trying to get my protein in without having to resort to the shakes

I have thin steaks thawed and was gonna cook them later before they go bad, I haven't tried steak yet, and since I'm only 2 months out I don't think that will be on the menu

 

I have some frozen Swai fish filets, so maybe I'll pull one out and have that for myself, otherwise, its a mindless no idea what I'm doing for food day

I hope you have a great time.

We just moved near a base near Baltimore and I am stuck in a hotel for the next month until we close on a house.  I start working on Monday though!  Yeah....I am so ready to go back to work.  We share a car and my husband needs it for his job and inprocessing this week so I have been pretty bored.  Lots of wildlife for being in a busy city.  I have seen several deer, badgers and black buzzards on base last Sunday.

Plan on going downstairs to work out.  I had fogotten to pack workout clothes so I had to pick some up...good thing a mall is in the parking lot of the hotel. 

Planned eats today:
Click protein shake mixed with sugar free caramel, milk, and extra espresso 
banana
turkey and sliced cheese
dinner I have no idea....whatever my husband wants to go out for

We must go out this weekend and explore since I will go nuts if we stay in the hotel.
