I will! And you let me know if you try it first! Oh, someone else said they did COCOA roasted ones?! Hello, chocolate we are allowed to have? What?! LOL that may be pushing it though rofl. Maybe I'll try the cinnamon ones first, and if they work out, I'll be brave enough to try cocoa roasted ones.

I don't see anything wrong with doing chocolate ones.  I think I use unsweetened cocoa powder and add some splenda to make it taste sweet enough.

Yes, the concept seems good...just not sure about a beany chocolate flavor rofl. But, I'd bet if there was enough cocoa...who knows? Maybe it will be the next craze....cocoa roasted chickpeas!

I thought the same thing about the flavor.  Although the roasted chickpeas don't taste beany at all to me.  What they remind me of most is roasted pumpkin seeds.  I used to carve a pumpkin or two every Halloween, mainly because I wanted to roast the seeds.  But they are also kind of nutty and you can get those Blue Diamond almonds that are chocolate flavored and it's basically a chocolate powder of some sort on them.  Ooh, and they have those really yummy butter toffee ones.  I wonder what's in those?  I'd like to be able to do something like that to my chickpeas!

Yeah, I thought of those cocoa almonds...I love them! But butter toffee??!! I haven't heard of those...lemme tell you, if you figure out how to make THAT flavor, puhleeeze let me know lol. I love butter toffee. Man, maybe we should just come up with a whole line of flavored chick peas/garbanzos. Hey, Blue Diamond did it! A few years ago there was only plain, salted or smoked almonds...now look! Haha, we could be the next millionaires! Um, if we could only figure out how to keep the darn things crunchy for long periods of time...

Oh, I'm sure there is some kind of chemical preservative that would keep them crunchy!  I'm not saying I would actually want to eat it, but I'm sure it exists.

Blue Diamond makes the butter toffee almonds.  They are wonderful.  Low in sugar.

I bet we could make a whole line of roasted chickpeas.  I don't think there are any on the market right now.

I hear you about the preservative...wish there was a cooking method or something that would work!

I am going to have to look for the butter toffee almonds! Glad you told me about 'em!

Now, who could we get to invest in our brilliant line of flavored chickpeas?! Know anybody with money to burn? Hahaha, yeah, me either...sigh.
