Well it is both good and bad. I made whole wheat pizza with dough from trader joes. It's pretty tasty! BUT I forgot to grease the pan..... And it stuck. The good thing about it is even when I scrape it it doesn't give me enough crust SO it is even more low carb.... The good and the bad I guess....

LOL..  sometimes it's a way of telling us we shouldn't have those!!  Sometimes I d get something and then I drop it on floor, etc and I often tell myself, "I guess the universe wouldn't let me have it" so that's ok! LOL

You don't like tortilla pizza? Even at nearly 4 years out regular pizza dough sits like lead in my pouch. My kids like the TJ's crust though.

Nik -- I made a variation of this the last time we had "make your own pizza"  night at our house... I bought some new low-carb whole wheat tortillas and instead of attempting to make it into a pizza, I made a "pizza quesadilla" by putting the pizza cheese and toppings and heating it like a quesadilla.. I then cut it up like a quesadilla and heated up some of the pizza sauce in a ramekin to dip it in... really really good and I didn't have to worry about floppyness of the tortilla.

That's how my youngest daughter likes them. Either that or sort of like a taquito.

Try making a cauliflower pizza crust! Recipe is on YouTube. And buy some parchment paper nothing sticks!

Whole Foods has organic whole wheat thin crusts, premade.  They're quite good!  They're 14" around and come two to a pack.  I've found the second one will last a couple of weeks in the fridge so you can use it later (or freeze it, if you have room.).  It's very crispy and thin but still has a bit of chew to it so it's not like a cracker (like Domino's thin crust is).

I love making my own dough or buying premade but rolling it out makes such a mess and it never gets quite thin enough for me.  For quick weeknight meals, the premade pizza crust is fantastic.
