Here we go again with the being colder than everyone else.

And there is no sympathy from non-ops. So sad.

I dare not mention I am cold.  I spent so many years being always warm that I used to tease the ladies who were always complaining they were cold.  I can't give them the chance for payback.

I had to buy a new coat this year.  All the ones from last year are way too big of course.  I had to reevaluate my coat preferences.  I needed heavier and I needed longer.  I realized my usual preference was too short now as it left part of my butt and upper thighs exposed.  Without the padding my butt will freeze if it is not covered now.

All those years of getting by with what was usually more of a heavy jacket than a coat and now I have to have an actual coat.

Amazing.

right after surgery, i was so cold, now that i am 7 months post op, down 100 pounds, who turned on the heat? i am hot all the time and get the hot flashes that make me sweaty...i think i would rather be cold than this hot, as cold you get a blankey or jacket, hot, there is only so many clothes that can come off unless you are home by yourself...
why did i get so hot again all of a sudden?
thanks have a great day

I didn't even think that losing what little I have (well, okay...95 pounds isn't nothing to shake a stick at) would make me that sensitive to the temperature changes here. Last night I slept in a hoodie.

Sitting at my desk, waiting to go home with the heater going on me at full blast--and that's all day long, baby!  I don't complain because they will retaliate and open windows all around me~

This may sound crazy, but I live in MN and have not worn a coat/jacket in YEARS! I am looking foward to needing one!

I would never have believed it, but the past month or so, I have been freezing!  Have had to wear a jacket a work, where before I always whined about how hot it was.  It's kind of refreshing.
