It's been a decent day for me. I either trend high on eating or very low. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground.

B: Tablespoon-ish of peanut butter
L: Asian green bean salad
S: Quest protein bar (chocolate brownie - nom nom!)
D - ??? Tonight is the graduation of the culinary arts program my church runs for former homeless women. They do an excellent menu so I look forward to whatever they serve me.

And with that I ought to be off! Until later my lovelies!!!

Oh yeah...and what's on YOUR plate today?

Hhhhmmmm, let's see. I had a Skinny Vanilla Latte this morning for breakfast and about 1/4 of a chicken burrito for lunch. I'll have a protein shake in a few minutes here and tacos for dinner.

As usual, I'm playing catch-up.  School really messes with my ability to get anything to eat before noon.

Noon:  Homemade protein chai latte.
Snack:  Handful of "I don't want to make anything to eat" whole-grain crackers.
2pm:  Stir-fried spaghetti squash, roasted broccoli, and stewed chicken in hoisin sauce.
6pm:  Spaghetti squash, Quorn, and spaghetti sauce (for my version of spaghetti).

Will probably throw in a later snack of cottage cheese and pears and a protein hot chocolate before bed.

(And I'm really hoping to be finished with this spaghetti squash soon.  Sort of tired of throwing it into every meal.  Ah the joys of a tiny tummy.

I don't know really, let me type it out and see:

B:  a red-eye (a Tassimo espresso with a K-cup of the Barista Prima French Roast), followed by another K-cup or 2, with about a 1/4 of the cinnamon roll Quest bar

Mid AM snack -  1/4 of the cinnamon roll Quest bar

Lunch - was supposed to be a hot protein chai drink, but I nuked it in a paper to-go cup and it cooked much faster than my usual ceramic mug, so it got clumps.  I didn't know till I took a sip and got a chunk and nearly gagged!  So I just had more coffee.

Mid PM snack - a Polly-O string mozz and 1/4 of a PB&J quest bar (not at the same time)

Dinner - an Heirloom Organic apple with a side of Justin's Maple Almond butter with a venti Kenya coffee from Starbucks - my local bux has a Clover machine, which is like a huge french press; they can brew any coffee by the cup!  Which is AWESOME because they never have a bold one brewed at this time, and to make the Pike Place palatable I need a shot or two of espresso in it.

Snack later:  maybe some more quest bar and a shake.

I guess I need to plan better for tomorrow, eh?

I think I need to start posting in these threads. With my mom's poor health situation I find myself forgetting to eat / drink / take vitamins.

Example - today I forgot my vitamins again! I have had about 20oz to drink. 8oz of G2 and 12oz Fuzzy Navel protein. I still have 16oz Fuzzy Navel staring me down.

No breakfast; Calcet chew

Lunch- beef stew with the gravy wiped and sponged off (1 pc of meat, 3 baby carrots, little piece of potato) and half deviled egg (that seems like SOO much food)

Calcet chew

Snack - 1 small Satsuma (citrus fruit)

I have 2Tbs of refried beans with shredded cheese for tonight at work, as well as an 8oz protein shake (gag) (and another Calcet)

More dense protein. Am8 months out. I realized that I can eat more. I reviewed my tracker and noticed that I have cooked more 'slider' type foods. Noticed I haven't been as full as long. Thanks for these 'What for dinner'. Have noticed that by increasing my dense protein (which I eat less) but am fuller longer. I have eaten less simple carbs. Tells me that we keep on learning this tool.
