Yesterday I was 7 months post op. I am down 112 since 4/1 and since this time last yr I am down a total of 129...holy crap! Life has been pretty darn great I do have to say. There have been some bumps in the road that is for sure but nothing that lasted long.

on posting pics once you have them loading onto your blog here. right click on the pic and hit copy image then paste it into the message body. I usually have 2 tabs open to do this just makes it easier.
