Oh no! The price of peanut butter is going up 40% this week!
Hey...that might be a blessing in my case.
A record low peanut crop has resulted in the rise in prices. Right now only the big distributors are talking price hikes but if the cost of peanuts is driving it, look for even generic to cost more.
My advice: HOARD! (Wait...that's bad advice...um...)
What I meant to say is, pick up a few jars while the price is still low if you, like me, love yourself some peanut butter!!!
