We talk about clothing swaps all the time, what about "stuff" swaps?

This is something I’m testing out at the Pittsburgh Bariatric Foodie Holiday Food Tasting: a stuff swap!

The idea is just like a clothing swap. You bring in WLS products you don’t want (protein powder you never quite liked, protein snacks that didn’t turn out to be your “thing", etc.) to your support group and put them out on a table.

Folks are free to take what they want as are you. At the end, if you have anything left that you brought, you take it home.

In my estimation it’s a good way to get rid of stuff you never liked (especially if it is individually wrapped stuff. Sometimes people are funny about already opened protein powder and such) and an affordable way to try new things!

So those who are bound for the Pittsburgh Tasting, if you have stuff, bring it! But you won’t get stuck lugging unwanted stuff home because I will take it and find it a good home! For those in the OH world: just thought I’d share that idea in case folks want to set one up for themselves.
