Ooh, let me know if that works.  I thought of doing that to mine earlier but I ended up just eating them as they were.

 I have been trying to stay carb free since my rny.  LAst week my mom invited us to dinner at johnny carinos and they have bread they bring out. I thought i would have a hard time with it. I tried a bite and it didnt even taste good.  So I think im over that hump for now!  Pop doesnt have a draw for me either.. hubby asked if i wanted a sip ( to swish around in my mouth and spit  out) i told him nope, i dont even have any desire to have it. :)

My absolute favorite is Chobani greek yogurt with Kashi cereal added. I'm not sure if this is tolerable post op, but I doubt I'd ever get sick of it. Once I got off the refined carbs, six months ago, I have no desire to eat them anymore. Hope this is the case after surgery. Great job Kelly.

That would be tolerable to most people post op, I think.
