18 months post-op

Today i am 18 months post op...i cant believe what a journey this has been i went from 317 pounds too 136. in a size 4 pants and a small top. this new life comes with lots of new feelings, new routines, new everything!! its amazing how different you are treated at this size. i have learned the hard way my true friends and lots of other difficult life lessons. i am greatful for what i have accomplished but also deal with a few deamons as well. i am now feeling guilty every time i eat because i never want to go back to what i was. i am working on this with my therapist and a food journal and of course my exercise routine. this site is a godsend and thanks to every one for always offering support...keep your chin up i know i am :)

Congratulations.  I so want to be you in 16 months.

Congratulations!  I also am just over 18 months post op.  I just passed the 160 lb mark, so I now have lost more weight then I currently weigh.  

Congratulations! Life is so much better now!
