They all sound fabulous!
If I could have licked the screen to get to the creamy top, girl I would have been all over this computer!

Can I share my shake/hot drink tip with you?
I just love Pam's Protein Hot Chai Drink!  I hate it when it curdles, and it does curdle occasionally even if I'm careful.  I keep a tea strainer with me and strain out the lumps! Turns my gross lumpy drink into a perfect drink!

'm now going to have to try your recipes,
Thanks for sharing!
Judy

Great tip! With my method I never get lumps (I am a lumpophone so I have it down to a SCIENCE) but I too share your love of Pam's chai. Do you have the link to it to share?

Is there a restriction on how hot the liquid is when adding protein?

Not if you follow the method in my recipe, no. I add boiling water to mine to get it super hot but you have to add room temperature water to the protein first. If you read a few of my recipes you'll see how I do it. But folks all have their own ways as I'm sure you will too after some practice :)
