FOODSTAMPS /PROTEIN

HELLO I WAS WONDERING IF NE1 NEW IF WE CAN PURCHAS PROTEIN SHAKES FROM COSTCO OR SAMS CLUB WITH FOODSTAMPS.. I KNOW YOU CAN BUY SOME FROM THE SUPERMARKET BUT THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH PROTEIN IN IT ..PLEASE HELP

You should just call Costco and Sam's Club and ask them if they take food stamps for the protein drinks.

I saw GNC protein powder at Sams the other day... if they will accept foodstamps to cover the cost I am not sure...

I have found that my foodstamps will cover protein shakes that are ready-to-drink, but won't cover protein powders. I don't know why that is, though.

my friend could buy protein bars from walmart with her foodstamps. so i would think so. as long as the store takes food stamps then they should take it for the protein powder

I know someone that get the premier nutrtrion shakes at Sams with food stamps.

 I get protein shake powder from walmart, body fortress brand i think. ive also bought kelloggs k20 drink packets and protein bars there.  It just depends what kind and where you buy it. Fred meyer (kroger) wotn let me buy oh yeah shakes, but I can buy the powder stuff.  safeway and albertsons I havent found anything I really like there, but I did buy EAS vanilla powder at safeway.
