An Interesting dessert creation
I remembered a recipe from back when I was on South Beach diet several years ago. I tweaked it a bit.
Mix some nut butter, non fat dry milk, oats, sugar free syrup (i used hazlenut) and a packet of stevia. I added a little protein powder and I eyeballed it all. Heated it up for 30 seconds. It got the job done for a dessert craving!
