I used a 16 ounce container of plain Greek yogurt, added half a package of sugar free cheesecake flavor pudding mix, a couple heaping tablespoons of pumpkin puree, a spoonful of splenda and a little caramel sugar free syrup.  I put some back in the fridge for later, then topped my portion with cool whip free and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.

I wanna do a pumpkin spice protein latte, too.  I meant to buy pumpkin pie spice at the store and I forgot.  Or maybe I should buy the pumpkin pie flavor sugar free syrup.  I'm gonna have to go get more Greek yogurt soon, though.  This made three servings for me, and I just finished the last one about an hour ago!  It was so yummy.  And I was thrilled to figure out that each of those servings was less than 200 calories.  How great is that?

I tried the pumpkin pie flavor sugar free syrup and it was not good. It did not taste like pumpkin pie to me. Now I have a whole big bottle of it...what a waste. Did you use canned pumpkin (you said pumpkin puree and I'm not sure what that is). I have some pumpkin pie spice, if I added that, how do you think that would taste? I want to try a pumpkin protein shake too.

Yeah, canned pumpkin puree.  Which apparently is different than canned pumpkin pie filling.  It's just pumpkin, no other ingredients and it's the consistency of applesauce.  I found it in the grocery store in the baking aisle with all the canned pie fillings.

Pumpkin pie spice should be good.  I didn't have any so I just sprinkled a little cinnamon and nutmeg on top.  I think pumpkin pie spice is actually a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and something else, I can't remember what.

Your post with all the stats made me wonder how I'm doing on getting my protein in - I just roughly calculated..not counting the sour cream on my chicken-taco or the peanut butter in the cookie i ate..I got in 120g of protein today. My day starts at 2-3pm and doesnt end until 6 am. (fiance works graveyard shifts so I'm up, can't sleep without him here)  I'm doing good on protein.. getting about a thousand calories (on a good day..sometimes I can only get up to like 800 but it's usually all good quality foods no snackies till I get things in) .. now my liquids.. I can't believe how short I was on my liquids today!! Well so far anyways, I have 3 hours left and I've only gotten in 32 ounces ..working on more but goodness I need to pay more attention to that!

You're great on protein!  I don't really track mine every day but I do once in a while to make sure I'm still on track.

Has this been a typical day for you as far as liquids go?  I don't worry too much if I'm short on liquids or protein or whatever for one day.  It's a problem if you're short on something more days than not.

It varies to be honest..some days I'll get WAY more than 100oz and others I'm just plain NOT THIRSTY. If the 'not thirsty' thing happens for more than 2 days I usually make myself drink water or g2.  I was just checking all of that because I know I'm going to have a follow up with my primary very soon and I knew he'd want to know what I'm getting in general. I was looking up sodium - I normally get WAY less sodium but I'm at 1100mg on a salty-taste day...here I thought I was eating horribly but I guess I should quit feeling bad about the occasional cookie or cracker lol.  (I beat myself up over that stuff when I guess I really shouldnt)

This sounds wonderful. I was trying to figure out how I was going to work a little pumpkin in around Thanksgiving this year. This sounds perfect!
Pretty pretty please, don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f*ckin' perfect.
Pink!
