S - Unjury "hot chocolate" (1 scoop chocolate splendor in warmed 1% milk with whipped cream on top. Yum!)

I'll have 1 piece of pizza (Monday Night Football)
And I'll have my normal "Pillow snack" of 13 fiber select wheat thins & a 100-calorie snack bar. (I get really bad low blood sugar overnight if I don't have a "pillow snack")
Jeepers, that's a gazillion calories

Um...dear...all you eat is frickin protein! With 4-5 shakes you could eat a cup of sugar and probably still come out on top. Dead, but on top ;)

Lotsa protein. I try to only have 3 full-scoop shakes a day, and then 3 to five MORE half-scoop protein shakes a day. It's the only liquid my stomach can handle other than NSA hot cocoa, and here in AZ (with the high 100 today) .... well Hot Cocoa is just not on my list for another couple of months. Generally getting between 150 to 200 oz liquid per day.
My diet is pretty boring. But I do alternate between brocolli/cheese quiche and mushroom quiche
Reactive Hypoglycemia has me runnin skeered of carbs.... since the RH got bad, I don't worry about dumping anymore. Food that is safe for RH is safe for dumping too. Doc has me carrying emergency glucagon shots with me in case I pass out from low blood sugar. I disliked dumping.... would love to trade the RH for dumping.
Ah well. I've always been a weirdo when it comes to food.

I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
Breakfast - 3 oz. Pork tenderloin and 2 tbsp spicy white beans (I don't really eat breakfast food for breakfast - never have...)
Snack - Cheese stick
Lunch - 3 oz. Chick fil a chicken salad and some cucumbers and carrots
Snack - 1 oz. Beef Jerky
Dinner - 3 oz. Pork on the grill with home made s/f applesauce
Snack - Kozy shack sf rice pudding
b: one scrambled egg, 4 slices of bacon (i know i know), and half an orange, and a cup of tea... i can't give up my tea with breakfast no matter how hard i try
l: 1/2 grilled cheese sammich (2 slices of American cheese and 2 slices of tomatoe) with some green grapes
d: baked chicken breast with some lite honey mustard dressing and no sugar added applesauce
i've had a few hershey kisses throughout the day, and i was planning on a hot protein drink tonight but i don't know if it's gonna happen. maybe i'll make it now and see how much i can drink of it.
