What's for dinner/What DID you eat today?

Hey folks!

Today was a busy day! Yowsa! But I like busy days. I'm starting to resent busy evenings though. The divas are getting cheated out of their mama. Soon and very soon things will calm down (I hope).

Tonight for dinner...not exactly sure. I might have a "do what you want" night as I haven't been grocery shopping in forever and two days. Or I may try to pull off something easy. Not quite sure yet.

So far as what I ate today. Newbies, be prepared to be shocked and appalled (or perhaps a little envious, who knows?)...(of course I am being facetious here folks...that's me...yeah...moving on...):

B: 1 Muscle Milk chocolate (I don't care what anyone says, I love me some Muscle Milk!)
L: 1/2 turkey/cheese sandwich and a cup of chilil (and yes I could finish all that)
S. Four squares of dark chocolate

Ah sweet balance. I need more protein, though, so I have to eat dinner early in hopes of fitting a protein shake in before bed.

Cheryl - any suggestions on a flavor??? (wink)

I had a hot protein drink for breakfast and leftover red beans and rice for lunch.  I haven't been as hungry today as I usually am for some reason.  Tonight I am going to Chipotle for dinner and I will have another protein drink before bed.

L-shrimp and beef jerky....had to eat what was on hand which was nothing
D- lasagna...yes I know bad girl...again read above nothing else in the house

Dinner- Beef Pot Pie
Snacks: I have some cinnammon bread and some chicken breast to snack on.

Boy you guys dont' eat much and i am a newbie...

B: 1 egg and a few bites of applesauce
L: 1/2 cup beef barly soup/1oz of cheese
S: about 1/2 cup or less of cottage cheese
D: Salsa chix and some roasted cauliflower/carrots. Was reading Niks blog again last night..haha.
S: Will do a banana/strawberry protein shake.

This should get me just over 60 g of protein. I know more is better but hey i can barely eat 1/2 cup of food at a time and mostly its about 1/3 cup per meal. To actually be even close to 60 for me is starting to be pretty good. lol

L: Curry Chicken salad w/3 whole grain pita chips
S: Yogurt
D:  Taco salad

Breakfest:  half a packet sugar free Malto-Meal w 8 resins and 30g protein shake,

Snack :32 oz water  with crystal Lite and benifiber packet and BA calicum crystal packet

Lunch: cream of chicken soup with 2oz turkey lunch meat  

Snack: 12oz water, 20oz isopure apple-melon drink
(42 g protein), 2 BA calicum 250mg chocolate chews 

DINNER: fresh steamed Salmon with steamed asparagus tips, cottage cheese and fresh 1/4 slice of a skinned pear and sugar free chocolete fudge pudding!
chances are this will feel  me after a few bites and will take a long time to eat maybe 2 hours!

snack: water with beifibers packet and a BA cinamon calium chew!
