Same thing, different label. DO NOT opt for the less expensive dry D3 in a softgel. It's in oil, and you won't absorb it well. Typically 50K IU dosages of D3 are not available at your local stores. The two you note are the only ones I can easily find available. Local stores carry "high potency dry D3", yet these D3's are typically only 5K or less. DAVE
