yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyy ... ohhhhh so easy and hit the spot ... donchaknow after I got up and ran 5 miles in the rain with my running group at 4 am this morning this was the most AWESOME BREAKFAST it had mine hot topped with whipped cream and it hit the spot .... picture protein cake for BFAST .... I just tweaked mine a teeny bit and used a tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter instead of Oil and it is sooooooooo to die for!!!!! YES!!!!  Check Beemerbeeper's thread for the instructions - I made it directly in my cup ... it was EASY and done from start to finish in less than 5 minutes fer real.... the link again

OMG .... ANOTHER SIMPLE THING THAT MADE ME GO WOOT!!!! CHECK THIS RAINBOW ROSE (IT IS A REAL ROSE) THAT A PATIENT GAVE ME ON YESTERDAY ... OH HOW AWESOME PRETTY IT IS ... AND GUESS WHAT? TOLD ME HOW TO MAKE IT TOO .... CHECK THE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW .... AND GUESS WHAT? WE CAN MAKE THEM WITH CARNATIONS TOO....



First step is to get a bud of white rose.

Second step is to split the stem in fourths lengthwise.

Third step is to mix a lot of food coloring with water (just use water base food coloring, oil base food coloring would not work )

And the final fourth step is to put the split stem in four cups with food coloring ( when you split the stem you will end up with stem split in 4 equal parts, first part put in blue, second in red, third in green and fourth in yellow)

HOW AWESOME AND HOW PRETTY!!!! I THINK ALLERGIES ASIDE I WILL GIVE THIS A TRY...

THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!

IT IS ALL GOOD!!!!

Try that recipe sista ... and tweak it to your liking ... this morning I got in 26g of protein with this simple and sooooooooooo filling protein cake and guess what a total with ALL ingredients of 160 calories ...who can beat that? It is 9:47 and I am still totally filled and satiated on it .. gingerly sipping some decaf tea while on break ... again... simple things that make me go woot! ...like your awesome support and kindness in responding to my thread - thank YOU for the smile you gave me today!
