I started zumba about 5 months ago and was fine for the first four. then developed RH. Sometimes I am okay but its getting harder to finish a class. i love this class. it makes me feel like i lost weight. i have got to get this under control. i dont want to quit.
I hear ya!! I love Zumba also because it makes me feel light on my feet and like I am losing weight. I have been restricted from doing any aerobic exercise because of bad knees. Hopefully we can both beat this and be back to Zumba...
