On weekends I get really lazy and just hang with hubby and dogs after attending the local high school football game on Friday nights.
I Like to sit on my deck and jus****ch the world go by.

Down 88 pounds since surgery, 118 from my highest, still losing.

Weekends are about my husband and I, my kids are grown 24 and 20 yrs old.  This weekend we went and walked the mall, we have an outdoor mall and the weather was great.   I am on here alot but dont post much.  I am having a really bad time with my brain.  To bad they didn't do surgery on that.  It is working overtime on the bad advise, however I am battling back with OA, support group, and therapy.  

Love your blog Nic, you are so real which is what I need.

I work a LOT, but any free time I have is spent swimming, visiting my family in New England & Colorado, and exploring new places in my adopted state of MD.
 
Nik, I love your blog and just bought myself some ramekins, AND I have a nice big head of cauliflower to make rice with. Hmmm, looks like I can add another thing to my down time activities...cooking!

Oh before I forget, I picked this name because a looooonnnnggggg time ago  I was on Weigh****chers for the unknownth time, but wanted a screen name for the "Dottie Weight Loss Zone" Chat room (a website that supports Weigh****chers). I thought it would motivate me because I was feeling anything but sexy at the time . Anyway, the monitor was REALLY rude, kicked me out of the chat room, and blocked me for good because she thought the name was offensive. I figured since I failed at all that anyway, I'd resurrect the name once and for all become a Sexy Kat which as you can see is tongue-in-cheek since Felix is my Avatar.

Your fave weekend activity:  Every weekend is different!  I'm an English teacher in central China so one of my favorite things to do is explore the area.  I love to travel!  My latest hobby is cooking, which is kind of strange considering.  I'd love to read your blog Nik and the Eggface one, unfortunately blogspot is considered "unharmonious" here and therefore I can't read them.  Usually this website isn't blocked so I just come here instead!
