Limiting Carbs
I'm gonna second what Nik said and also add - STOP OVERANALYZING YOURSELF! Scrutinizing what you eat, then not owning what you choose to do/eat, then beating yourself up for it - - you're missing the part of this process of breaking the unhealthy cycles. It's not just about creating new healthy food choices; it's also about refusing to engage in the old self-harm thoughts & behaviors.

Sounds like you have had a great journey to date. I did too. When my losses started slowing down, I cut carbs. I eat veggies with almost every meal and love my cheese and yogurt. I don;t eat bread, potatoes and pasta and don't miss it at all. If I did, I would find a way to include it. I didn't do this so I could be on a diet for the rest of my life. I have treats every now and then but I don't keep stuff in the house I can go over board on. It is working for me now and if it stops, I will change something.

I'm almost two months out and have lost 50 lbs. I try very hard to keep my carbs under 50, and I am trying my best to keep increasing my calories, but that is so hard this early out. I have been stalled for a week, but I guess that's normal this early out (it's my first stall luckily).
I say do what you are doing because it seems to be working. If you feel like you are eating too many carbs, cut them back. Do what works for you as we are all different. More carbs may work for you. I seem to dump on fats and not sugar, so I have to watch the fats but also make sure I don't fall in the carb trap.
