Thanks for the heads up on the Hi Lo Cereal!  I've never tried it but will definitely do that next time I order from Netrition.  I've been ordering from them since my RNY.  Here's some of the things I've ordered:

- Isopure Low Carb Chocolate protein powder
- Oh Yeah RTD chocolate shakes
- Supreme Protein Carb Conscious protein bars (chocolate PB and carmel chocolate nut)
- P28 Protein Bread

You can't beat that flat-rate shipping!  I get my orders in one day!  Also, if you order over $75 worth of stuff, you get to pick a free gift.  I usually get a t-shirt.   :)

I purchased SF Torani and Davinci syrups from them.  Since Torani bottles are glass and heavy,  they were the most reasonable with the flat shipping.  They were packaged very well in Styrofoam cases

I get my quest bars from them. You can order them by the box or individually to see which you like.

What are cocolite bars like??? Do you know of where I can get them not in bulk just to try them? Any stores??

Also I am trying to find how much protein is in the granola and I can't seem to find it. Do you know?

Thanks!

I don't have any of the granola left. I think Hala sent it to me though so if she checks this, do you know??? I might have gotten the brand name wrong. I think if you simply search "protein granola" it will come up.

Chocolite...some Vitamin Shoppe's have them. They are little protein candy bars. Very yummy.

Might it be the Flax Z Snax?  They don't sell that one anymore.  Something about the nutrition label being too inaccurate, I think.

They do still sell protein granola, though.  Been back and forth on investing in trying it out.
