Calories!

I'm so confused about calories. I usually try to get in around1200 give or take, but Iv'e been told that I need more calories to lose weight. I'm 3 yrs out from RNY so at this point I'm in maintenance and I want to lose around 7 lbs. So which is it? Do I need more or less calories to lose weight?

I walk/jog atleast for 30 min a day  3-5 days a week. Not a whole lot to tell you the truth.

You're probably getting about the right amount of calories then.  You could try increasing or decreasing them a little and see what happens.
