I can't think of anything that I love now that I used to hate, but like Kelly, I'm more in love with yogurt than I used to be. Before surgery, I would eat it a few times a month. Now I eat it nearly every day, sometimes twice a day.

I have noticed, though, that I require more seasoning than I used to. Foods taste a lot more bland than they used to, so I'm using a lot more herbs and spices to kick things up.

Cooked fish. I wouldn't go near it pre-op. But sushi was my favorite food. Now my pouch can't handle raw fish for some reason. So I tried it cooked, and now my previous most hated fish (salmon) is by far one of my favorite foods now.

Salt, I crave highly seasoned foods.  I hated cream of wheat beforehand, now I luv it.  I also like dark meat rather then white meat now.  Oh and I like hummus, couldn't get pass the texture before.

My tastes really did not change in regard to regular food very much (just protein supplements), and the only thing that I eat a lot of now that I did not eat before is Greek yogurt.  I didn't dislike it before... I just had never heard of it and therefore never tried it before.

I couldn't stand fish and now it is a one of my favorite things to eat.  I wouldn't touch mushrooms and now I  love to add them to everything I make and Iced Coffee
