I've been stuck at 182 for sicks weeks. I was so frustrated but I knew it was a stall. Yesturday I woke up and lost a lb and today I woke up and lost another pound! I got on the scale 5 times to see if it were actually true!! Feels so good to be losing again! For awhile I wasn't eating the best but with the help of the lovely Cherylkas I got back on track. In just the last few days I've been tracking my food and tryingt to make better choices. But I'm not beating myself if I have something that isn't necessarily the best choice every once in awhile. So tracking is helping!!

Yours is the first post I looked at this am, and congrats on breaking your stall! I too was in a huge 1+ month stall (4+months out) and broke this am, down 3lbs from yesterday! You gave me good luck!

stalls really really do suck. When you are in a stall you have to keep reminding yourself that it is temporary and sometimes that is hard to do!!

P.S - HI BERLYFLY!

You've lot a lot of weight in a short period of time, the stalls will continue to happen just be patient and work through them.  Frustrating, absolutely but remember your body needs to "rest" occassionally it's been through a lot these past few months.

Congratulations!

Thank you!! I try to remember that I lost SO fast in the beginning that the last 30 lbs are not going to be easy. It is so nice to be losing again though!!

Conratulations Katie!  I too have been on a stall for a few weeks now I have been hovering between 229-231 can't seem to get the scale moving.  I wi**** would start moving. I nonly ever see a pound at a time also when it moves. I have never gotten up and been down 2 or three pounds in one day.  Bummer.
