OT - insomnia - this is getting ridiculous

Just a thought... I am learning a lot about my deficiencies and I used to have insomnia pretty bad at times, I now believe that a good portion of it I can attribute to Magnesium deficiency.  Even when your number looks good on your lab you can still be in trouble.  Try taking magnesium taurate at night and also some Taurine.  It is helping me sooo much.
