If you have an iphone MyNetDiary is very good.  It allows you to scan the bar codes on all items you eat.  It is very accurate!

Myfitnesspal is awesome.  There is also a scaner to scan foods in and it stays in synch with the web site so I when I am at work and not near my phone I have access to the same information.  :)

I have used www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate.  It is a free site and normally all of the foods that you buy in the store or places that you go out to eat are listed.

It breaks out into Carbs, Proteins, Sugars and Fats.  All of the things that my doctor says that I need to watch.

Hope this helps.
