Why do I care what they think?! 250 lbs down (pic)

Alrighty, I don't know why but I'm worried about what the people on my facebook are thinking... I posted a picture of part of my possible halloween costume. Of course I need a good strapless bra to go with it and a nice witch hat but... I think it'll work! So I took the picture, posted it .....and now my insides are turning. My brain is telling me "why did you do that? They're just going to point out all your flaws! They're going to be so mean to you!" ...I wanna slap my brain sometimes LOL.

So anyways ..down 250 lbs and in a size MEDIUM corset...wait...what?? ..Thats right..size MEDIUM!!

What on earth are you worried about, you look fantastic and what a fabulous weight loss.  If you do get any negative comments it will only be from someone who's jealous of your weight loss.  Usually thin friends who feel intimidated because they wont be looking quite so good aside their fat friend, or the fat friend who doesn't have the courage to deal with their issues like you have.  

You Rock girl, go for it.

Thanks guys - *I* know it doesnt matter what they think..but my brain argues with me constantly LOL.  I do believe the reason nobody commented yet is...they're more than likely asleep in bed like a normal person LOL...I'm an insomniac since surgery so ..*shrug* ..thanks again =)

Well, actually, it's because we ALL care what "they" think.  We always want approval from others

lol lets just hope that I only end up with the one who takes me out..my fiance! We're the same size now and it's so odd for me! He asked me to marry him when I weighed 435 lbs and sat with me through EVERY step of my bypass... He sure is one of a kind =D

You look awesome !!!   Head Space is such a funny thing ,  and like someone else said we will always worry about others - it just is the way it is.  I am starting my possible journey - currently have lap Band = FAIL .. so I am a little nervous about RNY .. I have pros and cons lists, sleepless nights , feel confident one minute in my decision then so confused the next.  Seeing people like yourself share your pics gives me hope , so thank you for doing that!! Tell your head to shut up ;o)  you really look terrific !!

I know how you feel. It is SO much easier to tell someone who is my size, or even bigger how great they look, because they DO...but telling myself that? Haha. You do look awesome and perfectly 'normal'. Promise!

 You look great! I love corsets. I have a page bookmarked that as soon as I get to around goal after surgery I'm going to order myself some.
