Has anyone tried Special K Protein Water mix?

It is only 30 calories and you mix it in just like crystal light packets. It has 10 g of protein per mix. Does it have a nasty protein taste??

i am using it.the iced tea is ok but you have to make sure its mixed well witha big bottle of water or it does not disolve.i mix with almost a litre of water.

I drink the pink lemonade one and the strawberry kiwi one...they are amazing. Nothing like protein drinks. They actually taste like they are supposed to lol

I love them, but for 5g of protein my NUT doesn't like the calories. She prefers I limit them to one a day.

I have tried them also. I love the strawberry kiwi. The iced tea was ok but not a fave. Thirty calories for only 5 grams of protein isn't all that great but works in a pinch. It is difficult to disolve but I shake, let it sit for a few then shake again and it seems to be fine. I do like the taste.

they're a good taste, especially the pink lemonade one, but I agree with others that it just doesn't give much bang for the protein buck. However, would be a good thing to sip on at work to get your liquids in!

my nutritionist wants us to get 10 gm of protein per 100 cal. so that def falls into what I can have. I really cant stand the shakes. need to know where to get these though.
