Today I took 1/2 cup dry Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt, Splenda and mixed it all together for lunch.

OMGosh....YUH-UM.

mmm....that sounds good and with 18 grams of protein, quite nutritious. Did you find it satisfied you for a while?

Yup, I eat this all the time, minus the Splenda. I also eat the fruited version of Chobani, as well as Galaxy low fat granola- I order the granola online.

Definitely satisfies for awhile. Going to go get some now...
