What's for dinner

Wow... I haven't posted this in a WHILE.

I think we're having tacos tonight. Well, taco salad or just the meat for me. The shells do nothing for me.

Here's what else I had today:

1. Muscle Milk Chocolate
2. 1/2 roast beef sandwich and some split pea/ham soup
3. Other half of sandwich

Hungry day today. 

There is also a Jell-O Dark Chocolate Mousse Temptation in my near future. Yum.

 Roasted balsamic chicken and cauliflower for dinner.
No too hungry today had a Frozen Click Vanilla Latte with a shot of SF Carmel sryup for breakfast and 3 pieces of Cabot 50% reduced Fat Serious Snackers Cheese and 10 TLC Roasted Veggie Crackers. Thats it.

Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and salad.

Today I have had an egg and a turkey sausage patty for breakfast, a Greek yogurt for a snack and then I got off track and ate saltine crackers. I just had an apple for another snack to get me through till dinner then I'll need a protein shake after that.

string cheese (for a snack)

B-half chicken breast sandwich
very late lunch- some slices off a whole smoked turkey breast-thick slices
                        stewed squash with a couple bites of mashed potatoes
D-More turkey meat


I really went overboard on the protein today, but it was so moist and yummy

A premier titan protein bar-6 layer crunch. I've eaten about a 1/3 of it. It is damn hardy.
Later there is watermelon and lipton green diet ice tea (not as good as the arizona brand)
