 looks to me like a good soft food which is perfect for my particular palate right now...lol thanks for the recipes...there are so many i can't wait to try...going to put that spaghetti squash in the oven right now.

This should help you convert quite a few recipes you'll get on here! Alternatively, you can probably buy the little measuring cups online at some of the kitchen supply places! Thats how I do it ...

Just for you...next week I am doing a U.S. to metrics conversion chart on BF. Foodies come from all different countries and it's high time I make it easier for my non-US Foodies to use the recipes!
