I'm 3 months today and have lost 87 pounds since surgery and 101 pounds since starting the pre-op diet.  I'm currently in a stall again and waiting for the drop to continue.  The fun part is that I've lost 2 more inches off my waist during the stall!  Keep it up!  You're doing great!

I'm losing even slower than you ...depressing BUT I am losing inches and I feel great. I lost 38 lbs before surgery and surgery day I was 235 (yes, lightweight).

month 1 -10.9 lbs
month 2 -11.1 lbs
month 3 -3.3 so far

post-op total=25.3 lbs

Grand total of 63.3 lbs

This week I decided to cut my carbs way down to see if there's a change in loss. I don't think I ever went into ketosis so I'm going to try now. :)

Amber - we share the same surgery date and same start weight! I'm an average loser and have lost 45 lbs since surgery and 30 lbs prior to surgery -- so 75 lbs total. I'm in a bit of stall right now, but I'm meeting all my nutritional and lifestyle goals, so I'm not so antsy about the loss -- it'll come.

I'm absolutely living in the moment and not overly anticipating what the future will bring. No one is going to stop the calendar from advancing, so I want to be sure to relish and enjoy the fantastic voyage as it happens.

You are a month ahead of me but I am having the same concerns.  The weight certainly isn't melting off me, either!  I'm losing 2-3 pounds a week (so basically the same or less than as if I were doing weigh****chers).  In the 8 weeks since my surgery I have lost 38 pounds.

I'm frustrated by the slow weight loss but on the other hand, hopefully it will help our skin to not look so saggy?

Keep up the  good work!
