Yummy protein find at Aldis!
If you've never been to Aldi's grocery store it is a really great store and the prices couldn't be better. Nik did a article about it on her blog awhile back.

Millville Protein Cereal Bars
It has 140 calories
8 g of protein
5 g of fat
and 17 g of carbs.
Kinda high in carbs and not wonderful on the protein stat but I figure it is better than a lot of things out there and it is a really tasty. I got cinnamon raisin but they have peanut butter too. I got a pack for 5 bars for 2 dollars. They aren't too overly sweet and they have a great flavor. Kind of the texture of fiber one bars.
