I need some support!

Oh yes, the bra section is so overwhelming to me. I have badly fitting bras right now and I know that...I'm mentally trying to get ready to go in and just spend several hours trying them ALL on. Its the only way. I've done fittings and still you have to go up and down to fine tune the size. Now I'm finding it even harder with my drooping DD's. I stuff those babies into my bra and then I have to find my nipples to make sure they are facing the right direction. (Wouldn't want my unpadded bra to show them facing weird directions) Ugh. I never had to adjust my nipples! I want my 18 year old boobies back. I'm saving up for those. Ha!!

You will love your girls after you get a good fitting.

Now onto saggy boob story time...

My surgeon does a monthly support group meeting.  We spend the first hour with a speaker of a certain subject and the other hour in our groups.  In August it was plastic surgery.  I got there early and was waiting for the speaker to start and in walks a post op patient with NO BRA ON.  She needed a bra.  Her boobs were hanging honestly to her crotch.  This is not an exageration.  I don't remember seeing this post op before.  I was almost wondering if she came like that to make the plastic surgeon feel bad for her and offer her a reduction for free.

I have had the problem with the band being too tight and the cup just right. Have you ever tried using the bra band extender? I think I purchased mine in a pack of 3 at Walmart. I believe they allow you an extra inch or two.

Actually, I have the opposite problem. When the cup is just right the band is too loose. By the end of this very long evening it was officially driving me nuts. When I went to get undressed my boobs, no longer bound by the shirt I was wearing, fell straight down out of that bra. Urgh.

I need to pay closer attention to what I read.  Is there any way the band can be stitched to fit. I don't sew so I'm pretty useless with stuff like that. I'm sure not looking forward to bra shopping when my weight starts dropping. I'm small now....

A professional fitting was my 50th  birthday present. She was all up and in there. I am a  36 G!!..as in Gee your boobs are too big. I bought two french underwire bras. They hold those babies UP. They are now over a year old and still look and work great. I handwash them and rotate them but really they were money well spent.
Much cheaper than plastics.

Nik, I feel for ya.  There is no bra that fits me.  Sadly, my girls are now a 36A.   There is no bra out there for a 47 y/o woman with tube-sock boobs in a 36A.  So I buy my good ol' favorite Platex 18-Hour bra in a 36B and put silicone "boobs" in there and -  voila - it fits.

I wish you well in finding a well-fitting bra!
