Blue Diamond Butter Toffee Almonds!!

I don't *think* that they fry the roasted ones. I'm one of those anything in moderation type people though, so I'd say eating a handful of these flavored nuts on occassion wouldn't sabotage any healthy lifestyle though. I am a naked nut kind of girl myself most of the time though. (I said it for you Nik!) lol

Post RNY I became a label reader.  I wasn't one before RNY...About a month ago I picked up some coleslaw at the dollar store.  No big deal...Didn't read...what could be wrong with coleslaw (I'm thinking; cabbage, carrots, mayo, spices)...WRONG!!  Here sort of how it read; cabbage, high fructose corn syrup, mayo (inside the mayo ingredients is HFCS!!), oil, THEN carrots, ect... 
Usually almonds are fried in almond oil...Not a bad oil but it can really add up quickly on the grams of fat, carbs, and calories...

Roasted is not fried and the Blue Diamond Butter Toffee Almonds are sweetened with Splenda, if I remember correctly.
