WELLBUTRIN XL

Is Wellbutrin XL okay for us?

We are supposed to find alternatives for extended release medications.

I was on Wellbutrin XL and they switched me just to plain Wellbutrin, so I went from taking it 2x a day to now 4x a day....  Not too much fun there, but well worth it in the end

Actually I went ahead and called my doctor's office and they told me that it's okay to take the XL.  I am 19 months post-op, not sure if that's why or not.  I know early on I thought they had said no to timed release.
