really tired of being tired and dizzy

Well, I'm glad someone knows how I feel.

I definitely had this problem before surgery.  The first time I ever went to my doctor complaining about fatigue was about 15 years ago, I think.  She tested me for Lyme disease, which I did not have.  It's not real bad every day, just often.  And if I have a day when I am more active, by which I mean just doing normal stuff people do in a day, like going grocery shopping, cooking dinner, doing a couple loads of laundry and maybe cleaning the toilet - the next day I barely have enough energy to get off the couch.  It takes at least 24-48 hours to regain enough energy to take a shower.

Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR.  If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor.  Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me.  If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her.    Check out my blog.

I have seen some commercials on TV lately about hormone replacement therapy, and I have to wonder if maybe that's it. Maybe I should first just look into getting some blood test to see my hormone levels. Not that I would know anything about them, but all my other test keep coming back normal, so I geuss it's worth a try.

Who knows. I am honestly thinking about looking into it though.
