Nik, I just wanted to say that I actually gasped when I saw that picture.  Holy cow!  You have a hot body.

Soreness is good it means you did it right.

I always have something that is sore if not I know I am slacking. Just think of soreness as being the feeling you get when weakness leaves the body.

I saw a personal trainer for 5 sessions before surgery. I loved working out with her because I was in agony the whole workout! lol
My last session before surgery she had me do my normal warm up, push ups and plank pulls. Then we hit the stairwells - 2x up 4 flights of stairs = 8flights of stairs. We went back and did squats and weighted leg work, and THEN THE STAIRS AGAIN.
She is a sadist.

When I went to her this past Friday for measurements, she said she is really excited about me coming back and that she has been planning our sessions (I already have 7 paid for). She said she loves working out with me because I just do whatever she says.
That may change HAHAHA One of her workouts she has planned for me? Those same stairwells but with pushups at the top!!!

You're gorgeous, my dear

What did that man DO to me???

Body Pump usually leaves me fairly sore but I can barely walk! My inner thighs hurt really bad. Ugh.

But thank you for the lovely compliment.

My trainer is a 20 year old fitness model/competitor, and I am a 43 year old dude who is trying to keep up...  He is killing me and I cant thank him enough.  He was a scrawny kid in high school and worked himself to get where he is today, so i respect that he is in as much pain as I am.  I just need him to understand that age not only brings wisdom, but more pain ;-)  If anyone is in the RI area, highly recommend this trainer

If you are VAIn, then I am cheap.  So pass on those techniques you get from your trainer so I can firm up my back ends, etc. as well.  Been working on the arms and legs, the breast are already too far gone.  Give it up NIK!!!!
