Dear Paul C...
I just wanted to tell you that if I could figure out a way to photograph myself the way I would like in the outfit I am wearing today...you would have to endure yet another of what you call a "toilet pic." (Self taken photo in the bathroom mirror)
Now go eat some carbs! You've got a big race coming up!!!

I didn't say I minded the pics, it was just a casual observation.
Yeah I do have a big race comming up, 15K Sunday and let me just say I am nervous as hell.
I have logged my miles and trained like nothing, but going into these longer distances the back of my brain is still saying "Fat guys can't do this stuff!" and unfortunately there are many days I still see myself as the Fat Guy.
As for the Carbs I am having a Baked Potato tomorrow night for dinner YUMMY! and my Standard Fro-yo tonight. I ran a race last night after work so I have a bit of rest and recovery to do for Sunday.
Now go to the ladies room and take that pic!
Paul C.

See that's the thing. This outfit requires a certain pose to get the maximum effect. Try though I did, I can't capture it myself. And vanity, in my office, is generally frowned upon.
YOU CAN DO THIS. You know that already but I thought I'd re-iterate.
Mmmmm...baked potato. My kids have invented something called a taco potato, wherein they twice bake a potato, scoop out the innards, mix with ground taco meat and salsa, put it BACK in the potato then cover the whole thing with cheese and melt. They top this with Greek yogurt and a bit more salsa.
On principle I only let them eat this every once in a great while.

Interesting thing is that I buy two different kinds of Greek yogurt. The nonfat for regular consumption and the traditional, which I use as sour cream. In the presence of full fat, it actually, to me, tastes better than regular sour cream. But then, living in Baltimore (which has a "Greektown") I also have access to REAL Greek yogurt (like the kind Mama Maria makes in her own kitchen and sells for mad money...).
