So I'm in full throttle testing recipes for the Bariatric Foodie Holiday Food Tasting. I decided against this one, only because it's sort of time consuming and at these events I'm always scrambling for time at the end.

But it is very, very, VERY yummy, so I couldn't let it go to waste. As apples become available at your local farmer's market, MAKE THIS!!!!
