Can we say under 300! A little long
I'm sorry I haven't been on here much since my husband had his RNY on the 23rd. A lot has been going on, new roof, broken water heater, cracked windshield that needed replaced before re-registering it. Anyway, my hubby broke through the 300s.
When we first started the research on this, his high was 356. At the beginning of the 2-week liquid diet he was 343. At the pre-op appt the Thursday before his surgery, he was 323. Today he weighed in at 299.6!!! Yea for him!!!
I told him the other night during "you know what", that I could feel his shoulder bones. I haven't felt them in awhile. Also, you can believe Dr. Oz when he says that for every 35 lbs lost, the "you know what" gets bigger by an inch!!! lol
He has doing pretty good. Most of it is the emotional stuff concerning food. He's getting plenty to drink and is working to get in all the protien. But, it's only been 3 weeks since surgery.
BTW: I've lost 4 lbs and our daughter has lost about 5 lbs cause we eat a little differently now also.
I'll catch up with you all later,
Michelle
