How to cook spaghetti squash
True story. First time I looked at a spagetti squash I said, "what the HELL is that and what the HELL do I do with it???"
But it really is the easiest thing to make and even my pickiest child (the oldest one...yes I'm calling her out!) likes this in place of pasta in dishes.
Tomorrow I'm sharing an ooey, gooey recipe with spaghetti squash but first let's all get on the same page about how to cook one!
