Okay...I have a question.

After I eat I get these horrible gurgling/digesting sounds. Not pain, no nausea, etc.

Is this normal? Quite embarassing in public.

I'm five months out and this noise has just started for me.  It is quite embarrassing.  If I'm sith someone, which is quite often, I try to make a joke out of it and day something like, you'd think I never feed my tummy.

oh yea. And I sub for a living right now, that is gunna be one to explain to the kiddos once I get back to work. And I hate talking to people on the phone and if I take a drink it sounds like a motor going off. LOL.
My sister asked me if I had eaten and of course I told her I had and she was like OH MY GOODNESS that sure is loud.

Kind of freaked me out, I recently had a balloon dilation for a stricture. I thought maybe it was narrowing again, but I can eat seemingly without much difficulty (as much as we can, us WLS patients).

Totally normal.  For me it did eventually go away for the most part.  Now it only happens on occasion.
